IPBWI 3.003 beta released

This update brings compatibility with IP.board 3.1.x and some new, really hot functions.

The following functions were implemented by me without a specific sponsor. Be sure that all of you who have became sponsors in the last time motivated me developing these new functions for free:

• update member profile data is now possible.
• hot: use rich text editor in your own applications through IPBWI! (see screenshot below)

Additionally there are some bugfixes in this release, e.g. $ipbwi->date() is fixed now.
