I’m currently optimizing the categorization and feature base of the IPBWI support forum. The target is making the support forum’s structure more compatible with the product’s and services I provide.
Additionally, I want to honor my customers and purchasers of premium support package. Especially IPBWI API user’s with premium support should receive faster response in future. The target is making the forum far more attractive to my customers than before.
